    I might suggest to download the Toshiba Video Player Update which is available directly from Toshiba and install it:

    $MODEL_NAME$ Support | Toshiba

    You could also try the free VLC player :

    http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html

    If you are looking for specific driver for Windows 10 try the following link for your computer:

    http://support.toshiba.com/support/modelHome?freeText=1200007499

    Click on "Drivers and Updates" then click on what you want to "Filter by", for instance under "Filter by" click on 'DVD" to obtain the Toshiba Video Player Update.

    You can also filter by Operating System such as Windows 10 64-bit.

    I've found even a NEWER version of the Toshiba Video Player application and
    IT IS COMPATIBLE with the Windows 10 Anniversary update. It's found on the Japanese Toshiba Dynabook support site:

    This download was released on August 4, 2016 and upgrades the program to
    version 7.0.0.19    . However, the upgrade patch requires a
    pre-installed Toshiba Video Player program from v6.0.0.0 to v7.0.0.18. The v7 upgrade patch will not work if no Toshiba Video Player application was installed or if version 5.x or older of the program was installed.

    So install v6.3.3.5 of the Toshiba Video Player program first (if using v5.x or no previous version installed), then upgrade to v7.0.0.19. No need to remove the Toshiba Video Player program while upgrading
    to the Windows 10 V1607 Anniversary Update release but be sure to upgrade the program to v7.0.0.19 after upgrading to Windows 10 v1607.
