I've been in command prompt for 6 days with chat GPT considering Microsoft doesn't give help on windows 10 any more which is a poor model of business in my opinion. However when I search with proper commands it shows my boot files but returns with 0 windows installations this is due to Windows update on my computer that failed to update after 10 attempts, could be from my Lenovo Ideapad S145 turning off during the update, or it could be Malfeasance from the update provided by Windows forcing users to upgrade to windows 11 this part is unlikely but not ruled out, all my data is in tact none of m

I have the same problem with the identified windows installations 0

And im following your steps and when i reach step 4 it tells me:

The store export operation has failed.

The requested system device cannot be found.

    What shall I do?!!!

After diskpart list I have only 1 desk which is the USB, and 1 volume and 1 partition!!!

I set the SSD to inactive using the diskpart commands, and rebooted. I started another Getdataback scan, and this is what it looks like while running.

Edit: I'll also try Dalchina's suggestion and report what happens.

    Hello,

These steps actually worked for me. Then I made the mistake to go back and type in the command prompt bootrec / fixmbr

    Bootrec / fixboot

And finally bootrec / scanos and find the same error message I had before. Total identified Windows installations:0

After this I tried the same steps that worked as you mention above, but I encounter while trying to rename the bcd as a duplicate file.name exists. Is there another name I could use?
