Windows 10: Total Lock Up since Windows 10 2004 update

I have a new Asus Gamers Republic laptop I don't have much on it I only watch netflix, hulu, check email and FB and play asphalt 9 and DAOC and also I use Discord but Asphalt 9 updated and would not open without new update windows 10 2004 and since update I can open something up that uses internet but if I try to close it or change what I want to do it totally locks up CTRL ALT DEL doesn't work windows key doesn't work it completely locks up every time so I have to force it to shut down by holding the power button which is not good to do at all, so the computer is worthless since update, I have files I don't want to lose and don't want headaches of reinstalling every program cause of windows screw up yes I am livid $1400 laptop turned worthless and now hours of headaches over this mess
