Medieval 2 total war kingdoms error in Windows 10

I had problems with running the game Medieval 2 total war kingdoms in my pc (Windows 10) and every time i try to run the game this one message come up

so it will not let me play the game.

can anyone help me with this problem?

by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Download the setup files for the game from the manufacturer website and save it on your local disk.
• Right click on the setup file of the
  game and select “Properties”.
• Select “Compatibility” Tab.
• Place a check mark next to“Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.
• Let the game install and then check thefunctionality.

Method 2: I suggest you to logout and login to the User account again
and check if the issue persists.

• Logout from the current account.
• Restart the machine and login to the Admin account again
  and check if the issue persists.

Note: Before performing these steps I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Game and check if it works. Else uninstall and perform all the steps above and Reinstall the Game and check if the issue persists.
