Windows 10: TotalAV

Discus and support TotalAV in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; How do I get Total AV off of my computer. I do not know how to delete it. It is driving me crazy... Discussion in 'AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security' started by patricianyberg, Mar 16, 2019.

    Getting rid of TotalAV

    I had Dell email me that it needed to upgrade the computer, and among those items was TotalAV antivirus AND Microsoft updates. Now I see that TotalAV is not a good product and actually causes false alerts to get payment, etc. I can't find any file on my
    computer called "TotalAV." Do you know what name it goes by? Geek couldn't find it, and neither did a regular search.

    What can I do to get rid of it? It also attached itself to my online search engine to try to "thwart" viruses. This is maddening if I don't even know what's being loaded on my computer.

    TotalAV embedded in my computer , and I want it off , but can't seem to get any help .
