Windows 10: Totally messed up pc, need help!

Ok, this is my first post here, and I wish it wasn't going to be so long and confusing.

Long story trying to make shorter.

Originally, I had drive c, a ssd, and drive d, internal HD named mass storage. I also use aoemi tools, such as one key boot partition backup and restore, and aoemi backupper pro, also aoemi partition assistant pro.

Everything was fine until today, since I updated windows, I decided to run the one key boot partition backupper. But, it kept failing.

I'm not at all sure how I managed this next part, but I, in playing around, somehow deleted my boot partition. So now, no boot!

I then located the thumb drive with windows on it that I used when I built the pc, over 3 years ago. I ended up reinstalling windows.

But here is all of the bad stuff.

What used to be disk 0, my ssd, is now disk 1, and is labeled c:mass storage. But it is really my ssd.

Also, what used to be disk 1, mass storage, is now actually d:ssd.

When windows got reinstalled, it got installed to the HD, not ssd, so the system is actually on my mechanical HD.

I don't know how the labels got changed, or why it installed there.

What I want to do is: 1. Rename the drives to be what they actually are. 2. Move my os from the mechanical drive that is currently misnamed, back to the ssd, obviously.

I am really at my wits end here, as I can find no way to do this using the software I now have. (nor my lack of knowledge)

Also, I have been very diligent with backups, and they are still there, I think, but on the correct drive, but the misnamed one.

If I can get the drive stuff back the way it used to be, I can probably restore a lot from backup.

Can someone , ANYONE, please explain to me how to accomplish these things?

Also, if I need particular software, I'd be happy to get it. Right now, pc is, aside from connecting to internet, pretty much dead in the water, because ALL of the programs I use are somewhere in a backup that I don't know how to get to...

Also, if you think I am not using good backup software, say so, and suggest what I should be using...

I am fried on this tonight. But, I'll probably lose sleep over it anyway.

HELP. SURFACE 3 IS MESSING UP

• Which game are you referring to?
• Is this issue specific to any game?

I would suggest you to restore the system to the previous point where PC was working normally and check if this helps in resolving the issue. To do so kindly follow the below given steps:

• 
  Press Windows + I key and click on Update and security.
  
• 
  Click on Recovery, and click on
  Restart under Advance startup.
  
• 
  In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, click
  'Troubleshoot'.
  
• 
  Click, Advanced Options and then click on
  System Restore.
  
• 
  Follow the onscreen suggestion to restore your PC to earlier point.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
