Windows 10: Totally random, but are there like pop-ups on the microsoft account page?

Just like the title says but let me explain a little more. I noticed out of the corner of my eye, as I was about to change to a different page on my account there was a text box that appeared on the lower right side of the monitor. I couldn't really see what it was since went into a different page.Is that something to be concerned about. It was probably nothing and was just trying to tell me something new about Microsoft or something, seeing as I haven't logged in for a while. I changed my PW twice and haven't noticed any suspicious activity on my account yet. I haven't given out any info eith

A random window is popping up

Windows 10 pop up problem

The pop us is completely random. The system32 folder just pops up and opens all out of a sudden. Its like in 5 or 10 minutes the window pops up for like 2/3 times. And then it stops for a while. Then again it starts popping up 30/40 minutes later. It happens
totally random. And it does not occur because of any operation specifically, I may watch movies or read a pdf file....behind this window the system32 one just keeps popping up.Sometimes some other folders pop up too with system32 but that is highly rare.

And as u suggested i had a microsoft malware removal tool. Scanning my computer with that. Should that be alright? this this software?
