Windows 10: Touch keyboard doesn't appear when connected to external monitor

I have a 2-in-1 laptop HP Envy x360 14 running Windows 11. There is an option to make the touch keyboard appear automatically when not connected to a physical keyboard, which is the same behaviour as an iPad. This option is in Settings-Time and Language-Input. This option works perfect when not connected to external monitors, that is, when I use it as a regular laptop, the touch keyboard will never appear, and when I fold the physical keyboard use to it as a tablet, the touch keyboard will appear when needed.The problem happens when I am connected to an external monitor in extend mode. Hi, yes I've tried that before and doesn't make a difference. Besides, it's not to do with the browser per se, but rather just an active window.

If i click on a file explorer window on my secondary (non touch) monitor using my mouse, then press the keyboard icon - it appears on my non touch monitor.

Then if i press the keyboard button again to hide the keyboard, then use my mouse to click on a window on my primary touch monitor, then click on the keyboard icon - the keyboard appears on my touch monitor.

I'm not sure if you're reading my original post carefully but I've plotted out simple reproduction steps. I'm quite sure this is a bug in windows which MS need to fix. The bug is - having an active window on a non touch monitor, whilst pressing the keyboard
icon, can send the keyboard to the monitor with live window regardless of touch functionality.

MS need to include a parameter in the touch keyboard settings which prevents the touch keyboard from appearing on a non touch monitor.

my 3Dprinter doesn´t appear

My 3D printer doesn´t appear on when I open 3D builder on the left popup to choose printer.

Is it need to do any previous step?? I thought It was plug and play. the printer is an UP Plus2 from Tiertime so, it is one of the recommended partners manufaturers. any message of error just doesnçt possible to send the prin.

To resolve this issue, kindly disable the extended mode of your monitor. After disabling the extended mode, kindly re-enable it, and then check if the Windows 10 touch keyboard will appear on the touch screen monitor. If it's still the same, kindly open
a web browser but do not move it on the second monitor. After opening a web browser, click the keyboard icon on the lower right part of your screen and see if the Windows 10 touch keyboard will appear on the touch screen monitor.
