Windows 10: Touch Keyboard is not launching in Login screen.

Hi,I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC v1809 on a touchscreen system.The touch pad is not displaying in the login screen to enter the password for login to the user profile.The system is not connected to any domain , and not connected to any physical Keyboard and mouse . Trying this forum as a last resort; I can use the 'on screen' keyboard from ease of access in login screen , but as the system screen is very small its difficult to use the OSK.is there any option to replace the OSK in ease of access with TabTip.exeHope someone can help me!Thanks.

If the above steps didn't work, we suggest that you disable the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. Please follow these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Type Services, and then press Enter.
• On the right pane, look for Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. Double-click on it.
• Locate the Startup Type drop down, and change it to Disabled.
• Click on Apply button to save changes.
• Click on OK button to close the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service
  window.

Touch screens

I can do 60 words per minute on my phone, perhaps more now as I've got used to the phone. ( htc desire z, using the stock onscreen keyboard)

Touch screen + predictive text I recon I could equal my keyboard typing speed. Maybe beat it depending on how advance the predictions are.

( hard to use predictive software on traditional keyboards as there is no way to quickly choose the suggested word, where as touch screen keyboards can have the suggested words appear above the function keys)
