Windows 10: Touch Keyboard Settings Menu Missing

I tried to turn my pc into touchscreen device, and all good except the touch keyboard.I followed every tips and insctruction, but all of them suggest me to turn on the touch keybord in typing settings menu. The problem is that my “Touch Keyboard” settings menu is missing, how to fix it?

Some Touch Keyboard settings are missing

When using my Surface Pro 3 with Windows 8.1, if I try to access the Touch Keyboard settings, they seem to be missing. Specifically there is an option "Choose when to activate the touch keyboard" which when clicked on takes me to the Narrator Ease of Access
options. If I go down the list and click the keyboard in the menu on the left it takes me to the On Screen Keyboard settings, which is a separate process.

If I go to the PC and devices settings, and then Typing, I see a Touch Keyboard subsection that is also missing that behavior option. There was a setting that controlled the Touch Keyboard's behavior when using a windowed application, but it seems to be
missing. Is this a bug, or was it intentionally removed?

• Have you installed all the pending Windows updates? If not I suggest you to check.

Also I suggest you to check whether the devices are governed or configured through group policy as you mentioned multiple devices used in a domain environment such as hospitals.

I suggest you to check whether the Onscreen Keyboard is working or not. Refer to the below steps and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + U and select the On-Screen Keyboard from the Ease of Access
  list. Or click on Ease of Access at bottom right and select
  On-Screen Keyboard from the list.
• Then use you cursor to type the password with On-Screen Keyboard.
• Before clicking the login, press the eye symbol (I.e. Reveal Password) option in the password field, to see the password is correct.

Touch Keyboard Settings missing

Hey all,

I'm trying to enable the full layout touch keyboard on a number of Motion tablets in use by the hospital I work at. I've found instructions for enabling the layout (Settings > Devices > Typing > then toggle on "Add the standard keyboard layout..."), but
I can't find these settings on these computers at all.

The tablets are running full Windows 10 64-bit. I have the Devices menu, and Typing inside of that, but my menu is missing the Touch Keyboard section of this settings screen. The menu ends after the 'Typing' section. The computers do currently have the touch
keyboard enabled and visible in the system tray.

Any idea if/where I can enable these settings? I've tried putting the tablets in 'Tablet Mode' and still got nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
