Windows 10: Touch on the wrong monitor

I've bought a new touchscreen monitor for my PC . i want to use it as my secondary monitor (its smaller then my other 2 monitors). But if i touch the screen, the touch happens on my primary monitor.

I've searched some solutions and almost all say i need to go to the ''tablet pc settings'', when i go there i get an error that the tablet buttons aren't installed.

So what do i need to install? But i also read that the touch only works on the primary screen, so if i install the software will this work?

Multi USB touch monitor wrong cursor


I have two USB touch monitor (As Primary HDMI and Secondary VGA);
As every time reboot, then secondary monitor touch will be wrongly go through to at the same to primary monitor display,

The main problem is after reset the tablet PC touch from control panel is work but reboot again likely loose the setting. Does any have other suggestion for solve the problem?

touch monitor not working

1. monitor:
   • Panasonic touch-screen monitor.(interactive white board)
   • connected with pc running on windows 7 proffessional.
   • upon turning on it says "touch screen detected" and "touch control transferred to local device."
2. PROBLEM :
   • Touch screen is not present under Device manager>HID.
   • Device manager > monitor shows "generic non-pnp monitor".
   • Pen-and touch settings are missing from control panel.
   • even though monitor supports the touch screen windows says "pen or touch input is not available for this display. "

 

Windows Multiple Touch Screens - Touch on Wrong Monitor

I've got a PC with 7 touch screens connected to it. I use the 'Setup' in 'Tablet PC Settings' to link touch to the screens.

What we have found is that after a number of reboots, we will begin to see touch appearing on the wrong monitor and it requires to be set up again.

We're in an environment where this needs to work across multiple reboots with remote support so it's not ideal that someone would need to touch the screens to re-associate them again. I checked the registry page for Digimon and it does not change if the touch is working correctly or incorrectly.

One thing we have found is that the touch screen monitors we have DO NOT have a serial number - so the EDID they present to Windows is identical. We have tried this test with 7 off-the-shelf Dell monitors and it works flawlessly.

Without putting some EDID emulators in line, does anyone have any other ideas on how to fix this?
