Windows 10: Touch screen and cursor not working after re installing windows

I recently got stuck in the blue screen loop so had to reinstall windows from a bootbale usb. Before that i was able to use touchscreen as i have a touchscreen laptop but now the touchscreen wont work and the cursor pad wont either. The cursor only moved when i connect a wired mouse.In setting it says “no pen or touch input is available for this display” Can somebody help me?

It is frozen or just black screen in Safe mode ?
might try to repair Windows by an installation DVD or a USB stick

Were you able to see if your driver is up to date?

We suggest to update the touch screen driver and check for resolution.

Follow the steps provided:

• Press Windows key and X on your desktop and click on Device Manager.
• Expand Human Interface Devices.
• Locate the Touch screen driver.
• Right-click on the driver icon and click on Update Driver Software.
• Click on Search automatically for the updated driver software.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the touch screen driver.
