Windows 10: Touch screen calibration is not working

I recently bought a drawing tablet, however, I cannot seem to get the calibration for the tablet working whatsoever. I installed all the drivers and my computer is fully updated, so that's not the issue. The issue is that when the calibration screen comes up, I cannot get it to respond to any touches. No matter where I touch on the screen, the crosshair doesn't change, yet the pen works perfectly fine outside of the calibration screen. I can't seem to figure out why.

Method 1:

I would suggest you to try the steps under the section “Calibrate your display” to perform color calibration in
Windows 10. Check if it helps.

Method 2:

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to install latest touch screen drivers from the computer manufacturer website and check if it helps. If Windows 10 drivers are not available in the computer manufacturer website, you may install the latest touch screen
drivers in compatibility mode.
