Windows 10: Touch Screen issues on Dell Inspiron 5558 using Windows 10 v.1909

Hello, is there an update that can fix this issue for me? I've been looking at all the tips and tricks, I've even reset my Dell to factory settings. However, it installs the latest version of Windows 10 and it doesn't allow me to use my touch screen. The ones I've seen online are for issues before the 1909 update. Anything would help.

Dell Inspiron Notebook 5558 not upgradable to Win 10?

Dell Support tells me my Inspiron Notebook 5558 (purchased in 2016) is not tested for Windows 10 November update. When I check out this Dell support site (https://www.dell.com/support/article/il/en/ilbsdt1/sln302709/computers-tested-for-windows-10-and-windows-10-november-update?lang=en#Inspiron-NB)
my 5558 is indeed on the list of Win 10 tested machines. How do I determine which is right? Can I, or can I not, upgrade my Win 7 Pro 5558 to Win 10?

Touch Pad not working in dell inspiron 15 5558 after windows 10 upgrade

Hi,

i have a brand new dell inspiron 15 5558 with 8GB RAM 1TB HDD, it came with windows 8.1 and i have upgraded to windows 10.

after upgrading to windows 10 the touch pad is not working , it will work for few minutes after restarting and it will stop when i double tap or automatically stops after few minutes.

i have contacted DELL and they said there is not driver required for that touch pad in windows 10 and its something related to windows 10 OS and suggested to rollback to windows 8.1 which i was not happy to do,

i am looking for a permanent solution for this issue in windows 10.

can somebody help me out on this issue

Dell Inspiron 17 Touch Screen not working

I have a Dell Inspiron 17 running Windows 10 version 1903 and my touch screen stopped working. Any suggestions I can try to get it back up and working?
