    Hello, my name is Guilherme and I really need help. I Have tried everything for 10+ hours and still can't make ir work. This is my final solution before going to a technician.The computer in question is a thomson notebook-tablet hybrid the ones that turn 360.Thomson PT360XC12-4GO32. 4GB DDR3 memory ram32GB eMMc storageSo the events are as followed:I had windows 10 installed but only had less then 2gb left of eMMc storage so it was impossible to update windows... keep in mind this pc only had windows 10 installed, Google chrome, and office 365. Nothing else.I tried to restore the pc through w

    Asus X551C Laptop touch screen stopped working - Win10 Clean Install

    Hi,

    I have an asus X551C laptop which used to have touch screen working (NOT Touchpad)...

    After a clean install of Windows 10 Enterprise x64 it no longer works.

    It was working with the original OS - Windows 8

    I have installed the chipset drivers from their website like some other forums / posts would suggest for this problem.

    Also a lot of them say to disable and re-enable the HID complient monitor but at the moment it says Generic PNP Monitor.

    The hardware ID for the monitor is MONITOR\CMO15A7

    (I am fixing this for a friend and she is adament it was touch screen - she said a keyboard used to come up when touching the screen and she could swipe through photos and skip music tracks etc even with the Touchpad disabled)


    I do not know what else to try to diagnose this or to get it working - any suggestions would be most welcome!

    Our business's lenovo B50 touch screen is not working after the update to windows 10, either. Have tried all steps listed to fix- no luck Touch screen not working after clean install of windows 10 :(

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
