Windows 10: Touch Screen Not Working / Driver Issue??

I recently got an Acer Spin 5 Convertible Laptop, it was working great yesterday and today until the touch screen and the stylus stopped working. I followed other threads, disabled the HID-compliant touch screen, and then enabled it. It didn't fix it, I went back later and the driver seems to be completely gone, it's not listed.I also went through and updated and restarted my computer so it's all up to date, and nothing there seems to have fixed it either. I went to the Acer Product Support website as well and entered my system information there to potentially find the HID-co
