Windows 10: Touch screen, sound, camera not working after windows 2004 installation

I have an Iball tab "slide WQ32". I formatted the hard drive and made a clean windows 2004 installation. Now the touch screen, sound, camera, power icon all are not working. I then installed 1909 but the same problem persists. I have the drivers which I manually Installed but it was of no use. I am not a Tec expert. Hope someone can help me resolve this.

Were you able to see if your driver is up to date?

We suggest to update the touch screen driver and check for resolution.

Follow the steps provided:

• Press Windows key and X on your desktop and click on Device Manager.
• Expand Human Interface Devices.
• Locate the Touch screen driver.
• Right-click on the driver icon and click on Update Driver Software.
• Click on Search automatically for the updated driver software.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the touch screen driver.

 

Sound and camera

Troubleshooter did not fix the problem. Any other suggestion?

Touch screen disabled in Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check, if it helps:

Method 1: Try to run a inbuilt
Hardware troubleshooter
and check.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your touch Screen. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting
  and click on the view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions and check.
  

Method 2.Try updating the Touch screen drivers from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to update the touch Screendrivers:

• Press Windows key + X key and click
  Device Manager.
  
• Expand the Sound, Video and game controllers.
  
• Right-click on the Sound card and click on
  Update driver software.
  
• Restart the computer and check.
