Windows 10: Touchad does not working on laptop lenovo

Hi.I have a Lenovo Yoga 730 730-13IWL with wondows 10 64 bit, the problem is that after some driver updates I made my touchpad stopped working and I cannot fix it because I don't have mouse and touchpad option I only have mouse options, so it seems like my laptop thinks that it doesent have touchpad....please help me!

I have the same driver but mine is a Acer laptop, I would suggest you to contact Toshiba support site, they should be able to help you.

@beummyfan the driver version for Hid-complaint mouse is as shown in the picture and i donot even have the touchpad option in the drivers tile in settings.

 

Fingerprint scaner does not work as expected in Lenovo laptop

What is the model of the Lenovo laptop wherein the fingerprint scanner does not work?

Since the issue involves working of the fingerprint scanner which came inbuilt with the Lenovo laptop, I would request you to contact the laptop manufacturer.

In the meanwhile you can execute the Hardware and devices troubleshooter and then check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with the Bluetooth adapter. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key + X, select

  Change the view by option on the top right to

  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
