Windows 10: Touchpad and display not working properly

HelloI purchased an HP Pavilion x360 convertible 14-dh1026TX laptop in 2020, initially working on Windows 10. Furthermore, I upgraded it to Windows 11 in 2021 or 2022. It's been about 2-3 years since everything was working fine, but since Jan 2025, my cursor has started lagging; it disappears and suddenly appears while typing, the words get jumbled, and more. Eventually, my touchpad stopped working, and I had to use a mouse, but the cursor still showed these errors. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver for my Synaptics Touchpad, but unfortunately, I couldn't find a driver that my W

I suggest you to roll back the drivers and check if that helps.

Try the following steps:

• 
  Right click on the start icon and choose device manager
  
• 
  In device manager, right on the touchpad under Mice and other pointing devices.
  
• 
  Click on Rollback under driver tab.

• Right click on the driver and select Update driver software.

I suggest you to update the touchpad drivers in compatibility mode and check.

Follow the steps provided below to install the drivers in compatibility mode.

• Download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right-click on the installer and click on "Properties".
• Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select previous Operating System from the drop down.
• Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.
