Windows 10: Touchpad and keyboard is not working properly after recent updates of windows 10 pro 1909...

Mouse and keyboard is not working properly after recent updates of windows 10 pro 1909 build 18363.1016.


Touchpad stuck after every 10-15 minutes, when i press alt+tab then it starts working again. in keyboard when i try to add ">" from left shift key then it's working but if i use right side shift key then it's not working. Right side shift key is working for all other keys.


I tried everything even formatted my laptop at last but it's all started again as windows updated.

I suggest you to update the touchpad drivers by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager from the list.
• Expand the Touch pad driver.
• Right click on the driver and select Update driver software.

The "a" key has stopped working on my keyboard

Keyboard issues might have been caused by an incompatible driver. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to know the following:

• Have you tried using other external keyboard?
• When was the last time that you are able to use your keyboard key properly?
• Have you made any recent changes to your PC settings prior to this issue?
