Windows 10: Touchpad Buttons Right Click and Left Click not working

For some reason I had to do a clean install of Windows via an Installation Media in which I formatted my C Drive and then installed a fresh copy of Windows 11 on it. However, after all this, my laptop's built-in mouse buttons found near touchpad have totally stopped working. The so-called joystick on the built-in keyboard that moves the cursor and comes with almost every Windows laptop has also completely stopped functioning. I have already tried Windows Update optional updates too for driver updates. It updated my drivers the very first time I logged in after Windows installation, but the

Can't click touchpad left button/right button

When I click/tap on the touchpad my touchpad left button or right button doesn't work and it only works when I drag while left or right clicking. It happens in gaming league of legends,tf2. It happens after a while while playing the game!

Please answer the following question:

Did you log in to the system using a standard user account or an administrator user account?

In order to make changes in Device Manager you MUST be logged on as an administrator.

After logging in to the administrator Account, I would suggest you first try updating the driver.

Follow the steps to update the Touchpad drivers:

• 
  Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
  
• 
  Find the relevant Touchpad driver and right click on it.
  
• 
  Select Properties and then go to the Driver Tab. Click Update.
  
• 
  Restart the computer and check.
  

If this doesn't solve your problem, you have to uninstall and then reinstall your driver in compatibility mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
  
• 
  Find the relevant Touchpad driver and right click on it.
  
• 
  Select Properties and then go to the Driver Tab. Click Uninstall.
  
• 
  Restart the computer and check.
  

Now go to your manufacturer's website and re install the driver in compatibility mode.

My touchpad left button

I am using Dell XPS 14Z which has Windows 10 installed in it. Sometimes while working on my laptop suddenly the touchpad left button stops working, right button works properly, even instead of left button I cannot use the touchpad to click, but cursor moves
fine with the touchpad. I am sure while working my hands hit a button therefore left button of the mouse stops working.

Could you please help me with this question, because each time I have to restart my computer then the button again starts working.
