Windows 10: Touchpad causing cursor to shake

My touch pad, ever since a windows 11 update, has been acting weird, I use a mouse usually but sometimes the cursor just started shaking, the only way to stop it is by hitting the touch pad or disabling it. As I am writing this it is happening. I use my touch pad sometimes so I can't fully disable it. It is a huge inconvenience and it makes me dizzy whenever it happens. I have tried running every single trouble shooter that is int he windows menu can there is none saying touch pad, none of them worked. Is there a way to fix this????? Or a way to turn the sensitivity of the touch pad lower if t

Touchpad cursor shaking and unusable

Have dealt with this problem for a while now. I have a Dell xps 13 9343 laptop with windows 10. I experience an issue where my cursor will randomly start shaking and become unusable. It doesn't move around the screen just sits in place and jitters. Any attempts
to scroll around just cause the screen to zoom in and out. Restarting computer helps for a few minutes before it happens again. Can move cursor around if i hold down right click but that is all. Using a Bluetooth mouse solves the problem but i need the track
pad occasionally. I have already tried updating driver and turned off mouse precision
