Windows 10: Touchpad delay after typing

If you try to move the cursor within a second or two of typing something, the cursor will not respond to the trackpad and will not move. I've already tried setting the touchpad delay setting to "No Delay", but it appears to have no effect. Has anyone been able to solve this? Touchpad/mouse comes up as "HID-Compitable mouse", driver 10.0.19041.1. No synaptics etc. One problem to solve it is to set touchpad sensitivity to maximum, but then it will be way too sensitive for normal use.

Newest win 10 pro update.

I found the solution that worked for me, by following these steps

Use touchpad while "typing"?

You have to turn off PalmCheck for your touchpad to work properly again.

Whenever I type and try to move the cursor with the touchpad, I notice there is a small delay and the cursor won't move until about one second after a key is pressed on the keyboard. I checked my devices under device manager and it says that I have an ASUS Precision Touchpad. Is there any way to eliminate the delay?
