Asus Zenbook UX305 touchpad multitouch functions stopped working.

Asus Zenbook UX305 touchpad multitouch functions stopped working. I suspect windows update cause problem. Any suggestions to solve. Asus helpdesk ask me to reinstall windows. But I cannot as lot of data is in the PC. Appriciate help if some one can suggest
to resolve.

TouchPad completely MISSING on Windows 11, ASUS ZenBook

The TouchPad on my ASUS ZenBook UX535LI has not worked since early/mid December 2023. Nothing happens when I press the Fn + F6 button which is the key on my laptop that toggles between turning the TouchPad off, turning it on, and making it the ScreenPad option. The TouchPad is not disabled in Settings because it is not listed as an option. TouchPad Precision is not listed anywhere in the Device Manager, not in Human Interface Devices, not in Mice and other pointing devices, no Unknown devices in Other devices. I just updated my laptop again today and used DriverEasy to see if there are any missing drivers. I have updated BIOS through Windows. I have tried installing all relevant drivers from the ASUS website. Nothing works. I was able to get the ScreenPad to function as a screen earlier, but it was not working as a touchpad or touchscreen, and it is just blank now.
