Windows 10: touchpad not working on alienware m15 r5

    touchpad not working on alienware m15 r5


    This device is not present, is not working properly or does not have all its drivers installed. Code 24 it states in device manager, i cant find any drivers for my laptop and this problem was here ever since i got it, sometimes touchpad might work but most of the time it dosent, i think this a driver issue not a hardware problem.

    Win 11/Alienware M15 R5 Ryzen Ed - software install blocked

    Greetings all,

    I have Win 11 on Alienware M15 R5 Ryzen Ed. When i try to install software from work, Acrobat PDF and add-on, installation is block. I have tried on both personal and work profiles, block from installing. Both have are adm rights. I have check "apps", access from "everywhere" (unknown sources). I have enable developers mode, nothing there.

    Software is Acrobat XI Pro, have product key, works on Win 10/work laptop. Tried "run as adm", same error, block from installing for my safety.

    Any suggestions would be VERY helpful!

    I believe so, yes. I entered in my service tag # and downloaded and installed the recommended version, more than once.

    I just looked on Dell Alienware sight, and for an M15, this is the correct Command Center App. If you scroll down toward the bottom, in Compatible Systems, you will see the M15. Is this what you are running?
