Windows 10: Touchpad not Working Properly

I have a MSI GL 63 8RC model and installed the latest windows 11. With window 10 there was no problem at all But the problem with this is that the touchpad scroll is not working properly. I tried a lot and checked the various site to resolve this issue. But I could not make it. Even all the touchpad settings are not available which is as shown below.

I suggest you to roll back the drivers and check if that helps.

Try the following steps:

• 
  Right click on the start icon and choose device manager
  
• 
  In device manager, right on the touchpad under Mice and other pointing devices.
  
• 
  Click on Rollback under driver tab.

I suggest you to update the touchpad drivers by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager from the list.
• Expand the Touch pad driver.
• Right click on the driver and select Update driver software.

I suggest you to update the touchpad drivers in compatibility mode and check.

Follow the steps provided below to install the drivers in compatibility mode.

• Download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right-click on the installer and click on "Properties".
• Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select previous Operating System from the drop down.
• Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.
