Windows 10: Touchpad stops working temporarily when key is pressed

When I press a key and try to use the touchpad simultaneously the touchpad keeps stopping. I assume this is some sort of palm rejection but I have spent like an hour following every single tutorial I could find but none solve my problem. Touchpad lock while pressing keys on windows 10

Booting without press any key

@dhievm go ahead and list the model number that gives exact specs/info.


Does it stop right at the Toshiba logo and sit there? Will it sit forever til you press a key, or will it eventually work after so long?
