    Touchpad unresponsive + not showing up in Device Manager + no touchpad settings


    I've been having this issue for a while now, and I decided to try to troubleshoot it today. However, after three hours of YouTube tutorials, I have found more issues than before. My laptop is an ideapad gaming 3, and I have checked the touchpad on/off button on my keyboard. I have tried going to device manager to update driver, but my inbuilt touchpad + keyboard options are entirely missing, even with the "show hidden options" turned on. I have tried uninstalling the latest updates and then re-installing, but to no avail. I am unsure as to what to do next.
