Windows 10: Touchscreen in desktop mode doesn't work?

all my drivers are enabled and are working well, in tablet mode everything works fine. I've read online that some people have the same bug but I haven't found a fix for it yet. I reinstalled the drivers directly from the msi webpage and still nothing worked. I ran my troubleshoot through cmd which found and fixed a related issue after restart but it still doesn't work. What should I do? is this actually a windows software issue and I just need to wait for an update?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
