Windows 10: Touchscreen not working?

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 14IAU7 and my touchscreen doesn't work. The pen and touch section says 'Pen and touch support with 10 touch points'. When I tried troubleshooting it didn't detect any issues with the touchscreen and the hardware said there was no update required/needed. Im unsure what to do

I have an HP Pavilion 24-g030xt with touchscreen. In device manager under Human Interface Devices it doesn't list touchscreen monitor. My computer is about 18 months old and the touchscreen works fine until about 2 months ago. Any suggestion?
