Windows 10: Touchscreen refuses to comply

I have three screen active at the moment with one of them being a touchscreen.

No matter what I try it seems that the touches apply only to the main screen which is not correct.

Under Tablet PC Setting only the main display comes with the option to be calibrated but that is not the touchscreen.

When I run the setup (white screen - select the touchscreen) I confirm the touchscreen as the third monitor but it default to the primary again.

Any ideas appreciated cause I am running out of those.

Touchscreen monitor

Hi, I'm looking into buying a touchscreen monitor for use with a Dell Inspiron 660 desktop pc rnning Windows 8 in order to fully utilise the touchscreen facilities of Windows 8.
I'm preliminary looking at the Iiyama T2250MTS or T2452MTS touchscreen monitors. Anyone had experience of these, do they fully work under Windows 8?
Any other suggestions of monitors in the £200-£350 range?
