Windows 10: Tower's and All-in-one computer's

can a all-in-one computer handle a gaming tower and will it have more capabilities for more better games?

Tower Computer Question: Resolved

I wanted to check if there was any dust under my tower computer so I tilted it slightly for 30 seconds in order to check then placed it upright again.

Is it safe to do this or can the internal components become loose by doing this so it is recommended that the computer be shut down,devices unplugged, and the tower moved?

This error message MSOMLED.EXE -System Error (the program can't start because AppVlsvSubsystems64.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem). Occured whe I was asked by TOWER Products, in an email to click on a file
download.

The instructions were:-

How to install Tower’s Label Templates in Microsoft Word 2007/2010:

• Step 1: Download this setup file:
  CLICK HERE.
• Step 2: Double click on the file once downloaded.
• Step 3: Type in the password: Tower.
• Step 4: Double click on Tower Labels Word 2010 Updater.exe
• Step 5: Click install.

Please advise me how to resolve this issue.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
