Windows 10: Tozo T6 bluetooth headphones connected but not available as audio output device

I have the headphones connected, Windows recognizes them as headphones and everything, but in the sound tab they don't even show up as an option for audio output. I've tried unpairing and pairing them multiple times but it still isn't available. What am I doing wrong?

I am having trouble with my TOZO T6 Bluetooth headphones, can anyone help me with this? I've reached out to the TOZO support staff and they told me that it was an issue with windows 11.

 

Making Bluetooth headphones the audio output device

I finally got my Bluetooth headphones to connect to my PC (Windows 10) but I'm not getting any sound through them. When I try to change my audio output device to them, I don't see them listed. I do see them under Bluetooth devices in Device Manager.

First, try to pair your Bluetooth headphone using a different device for us to check if the issue is with your computer or the Bluetooth headphone itself.

If the Blueototh headphones wont work using a different device mean that the headphone is faulty.

If the headphone works using a different device proceed with the steps below.

-Go to Settings

-Click System

-Click Troubleshoot then “additional troubleshooter

-Look for Bluetooth , click it and run the troubleshooter.

Once done proceed with these steps.

-Press Windows Key + R

-Type Services.msc and hit enter

-Look for "Bluetooth Support Service"

-Set it to start then Automatic.

-Go to Device Manager

-Expand the Bluetooth

-Look for Bluetooth driver that was installed

-Right click and Update

-Look for "Browse my computer for driver

-Let me pick drivers available drivers

-Choose an old driver and use it.

Restart your device, then pair the Bluetooth headphone

if issue persist, let's download and install the Bluetooth driver what is the exact model of your computer for me to check.

To check the system model proceed with these steps.

-Press Windows key + R

-Type msinfo32 and hit enter.

-Look for the System Model and manufacturer and post it here.
