TPM 2.0 Enabled but Secure Boot State off?

So I am trying to install windows 11 and I'm struggling to figure out how to get secure boot enabled. I have CSM disabled and enabled secure boot in the BIOS but system information is still showing it to be off. My system is formatted GPT as well so i am struggling. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    :)

TPM and Secure Boot, Is it worth a reinstall for Windows 10

    Hi Gavin,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

If your motherboard supports TPM 2.0, and UEFI Boot, then yes, your system would be more secure if you enabled TPM 2/0 and Secure Boot.

There is a way to enable them without re-installing Windows, read the link below from Microsoft on how to convert your drive from an MBR partition style to GPT, you can then enable Secure Boot and TPM.

Of you do use this method, please backup your personal files first.

  4. TPM 2.0 Enabled but Secure Boot State off?

TPM 2.0 Enabled but not showing in windows

    Hi Luke-

Is Secure Boot also turned on in BIOS?

Are you checking in System Information? What tells you WIndows doesn't recognize it exactly?

Fixes for Windows not detecting TPM 2.0 enabled in BIOS:

    https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000103...

If you still can't get it recognized in Windows, then I'd run a Repair Install to see if it's picked up this time. A Repair Install reinstalls WIndows while saving your files and apps in place, brings it up to the latest version by the most stable method, takes about an hour, resolves most problems: https://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2016/06/how-to...
