Windows 10: TPM 2.0 error on valorant but i am on windows 10?? help

so, i have been playing valorant for a long time on windows 10 and it has been working fine until a few days ago. I tried to open the game and first "VAN 81" error popped up, I closed the game and tried to open it again and it shows "you need to enable TPM 2.0".First of all, my motherboard doesnt support TPM 2.0 that's why im using win10 in the first place. Secure boot is enabled, CSM support too and VBS is disabled. Winver 22H2. i tried to update the bios, reinstall vanguard, valorant, the windows idk what to do anymore. i don’t understand why the it thinks i am on windows 11. help pleaseany

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That is a new restriction applied in an update to the anti-cheat on Valorant by that game developers, it is not a Windows restriction, it requires TPM 2.0 and so far there is no workaround found, try the Valorant forums to see if anyone has a solution, but if you cannot find one, then you would need to roll back to Windows 10.

 

Need help on whether to clear TPM on not

It's clear as mud. As far as I can tell, it's specific to Windows, not necessarily activated programs like MacAfee, games, etc etc etc. MS Office, I have no idea.

I have win 11 i was playing valorant before without any issues now it showing TPM 2.0 error code Valorant and i checked and my pc didn't have the TPM 2.0 it only have 1.2 i tried everything not working please help me i dont want to play in win 10
