  1. TPM 2.0 not longer available

Recently, my TPM was removed from my system, out of the blue, but I can still find it under hidden devices . The TPM is also not available anymore in the BIOS. I made a clean re-install of Windows 10 and the result is the same. I know that I had TPM 2.0 because I ran the PC Health Check app in the past and the only requirement that my PC didn’t meet for W11 is the processor - IntelR CoreTM i7-7Y75 CPU @ 1.30GHz. Any help will be much appreciated.

    :)

  2. TPM update

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread but whatever, laptop informed me that " a firmware update is needed for you security processor (TPM)," now, i looked up what to do and from a microsoft support thing, the last step says to clear the tpm. it has a warning saying to back up my data, i would like to know what clearing the tpm does, and what measures i need to take to make sure nothing goes wrong.

@KMLaw, however, I was unable to find a description/article on Enable TPM 2.0 on your device manufacturer's website. If you have not been able to successfully implement TPM 2.0 on your PC (microsoft.com), I suggest you visit Support | iBUYPOWER® for further technical support at your device manufacturer's official website.
