  1. TPM Attestation Not Available

Good evening everyone, when I go to Device Security and click on security processor details, it says attestation is not ready and storage is. Then I click on security processor troubleshooting and there is an error message "Device health attestation isn't available. Please clear your TPM." I've cleared my TPM from there and through the command tpm.msc but the error message still shows, I'm not sure what's wrong. My computer restarts when I click Clear TPM but I don't think it does anything to it. Also when I do run tpm.msc it says the TPM is ready for use and that it's a 2.0. The available opt

  2. Cllear TPM

I received 2 errors 1st error said Device health attestation isn't available. Please cler TPM 2nd error TPM storage is not available. Please clear TPM. I followed the intructions and did a back up then it said select "clear and start" and device will
restart. I did that and a screen popped up that said do you want windows defender to make changes to you device. I clecked yes and it took me back to the original troubleshooting screen, I also went back and clicked no and it still did the same thing and
that is all that I coud get it to do. I could never get it to clear the TPM. Any suggestions

  3. "TPM Storage is not available" and other TPM issues

Three days ago I completely reinstalled Windows, including formatting my drives.
Two days ago I installed the Windows Cumulative Update, KB4338819. After doing so, I got a TPM reset request on boot. I eventually did so, but Windows still reported an error. Here is the TPM log from that day:

That is when I originally posted this question. The following day Windows reported that Attestation was available but Storage was still not. Today both showed available. Here is the log from earlier this morning:

Between those two logs I had installed nothing and not performed any reboot. It seemingly fixed itself. Then, about 20 minutes ago I noticed in Device Manager that I had an unknown device. I ran the troubleshooter and it said "Unkonwn USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) has error". I believe this is my bluetooth (I have no bluetooth currently). So I did the automatic fix. It requested a reboot. After the reboot, I had the TPM errors again! I exported a new log file:

So my new question is... WTF?

    Is my motherboard failing?

ASUS Strix (GL502VY). Bios version 203.
