    TPM Attestation Not Supported after CPU Upgrade


    I recently upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 5600X to a Ryzen 5800X3D. Since upgrading in Windows Security it states Attestation Not supported. It states Storage is Ready. I have tried nearly everything to get it fixed to no avail;Cleared TPM in WindowsCleared TPM in BIOSReset Secure BootRan the Attestation script from Rudy from Call4Cloud, which states the EKCert is missing - The Last TPM Attestation ScriptUpdated to the latest beta channel build 22623.1245 as Rudy had said on Twitter that an AMD TPM Attestation bug was fixed in 22621.1192 but this didn't fix it for me either - Rudy's Tweet

    Well if TPM wasn't enabled I wouldn't be able to see this screen even now would I?

    both TPM and secure boot are enabled, I enabled them waaay earlier in anticipation of Windows 11 but then found out my CPU doesn't support it on this desktop machine :/ but I never actually checked what they do. What is Device Health Attestation? And if it's only useful in a work environment why is it enabled by default on my Windows 11 laptop?

    If it increases security in any way then I would like it enabled or like fixed if it's possible to fix it even on my personal desktop.

    upgrade says my cpu isnt supported for windows 11 but my cpu is in the list of supported cpu's and i have tpm 2.0 i have a intel I7 6700

    should i just install windows 11

    also i have windows 10 pro 21h1 32g ram i7 6700 3.40

    Hi OmairSalman,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Device Health Attestation is used in a wok environment, it is not required or used on a private PC

    For that function to work, your BIOS needs to be in UEFI Mode and support TPM and Secure Boot and both must be enabled.
