Windows 10: TPM Enabled in Bios, but not showing up in windows

I have a Windows 11 computer, and have been running Windows 11 for many months now, however when I went to install a new game I got error saying TPM 2.0 not installed, after checking sys info and device manager it appeared TPM was not enabled, however it is enabled in bios. I have tried restarting, uninstalling TPM and restarting, updating TPM through device manager Although it said no update was available, updating BIOS, turning FTPM on and off in BIOS. Windows requires TPM 2.0 and BIOS says its enabled so it must be enabled and working, but why is it not showing up?I am using a Ryzen 5 560

If you boot into BIOS, then go to Advance - Trusted Computing, do you not find TPM or PTT listed there?

What method did you use to install Windows 11 without TPM being enabled?

 

TPM enabled in BIOS but no device detected

I have enabled TPM in the BIOS but it does not detect a device. Not in the BIOS or in the device manager.

I have no security devices and it is also not listed in the system devices.

I checked my hardware and it should be capable of tpm 2.0

Motherboard: MSI MPG 570 Gaming Plus

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X

I read a lot of articles about this, but in every case, the computer at least detected something to be then able to re-install a driver or something.

 

Windows Security says "There is no TPM available. Please check BIOS settings."

I mentioned these cases earlier, they continue to hold up

• Restart the PC, give no input, just let it restart back into Windows: get the TPM warning (tried this a couple of times)
  
• Restart the PC, hit DEL to enter BIOS, then just save end exit and let Windows start: get the TPM warning
  
• Restart the PC, hit DEL to enter BIOS, go to Advanced Mode, into PCH-FW Configuration, note that it is on Enable Firmware TPM (the only other option is Enable Discrete TMP), Save & Exit, note that it says No Changes Made, let Windows start: no TPM warning
  

I'll add this one:

• Shut down the PC, then boot it up again: no TPM warning
  

A simple restart seems to lead to the TPM warning UNLESS I go into the TPM setting in BIOS, but a full shut down will remove the warning the next time I power up.
