Windows 10: TPM Error after motherboard Replacement

Hi,We are a large organization and have recently purchased about 350 Dell Vostro laptops, we have experienced a number of TPM errors every time Dell techs replace the motherboard, this causes us to reload the machines, is there a way to fix the TPM errors without having to reload the laptops?

What steps should you consider when/before replacing the motherboard? Should old chipset drivers etc be unisntalled prior to the swap? What about the TPM? If this has been enabled does it need to backed up or disabled before the swap?

Sure.

But find out what it's going to cost first. Don't forget to include the cost of a new CPU for that motherboard. Also include the cost of possibly replacing other hardware from your existing computer that won't work on the new motherboard.

And don't forget to add in the cost of a new Windows license. A computer with a new motherboard is considered, for the purposes of activation, to be a new computer. And a new computer needs a new Windows license.

Then ask yourself if a TPM is really that important to you.
