  1. TPM is enabled and available in BIOS but doesn't show up

Hey I am using a HP Pavillion 15-ec-0100ax gaming laptop. The TPM state is enabled and available in BIOS but shows no compatible devices found when checked in tpm.msc Also the security tab under device manager just says AMD PSP 10.0 Device. My cousin is using the same laptop and his device does not have any TPM issue for the update. Is this a software issue or the laptop does not have a TPM, if it is not present why is it showing in the BIOS?Configuration :-Ryzen 5 3500H8gb Ram1TB HDDNvidia GTX 1650

    :)

    TPM is not available

fwiw generally speaking the message 'TPM IS NOT AVAILABLE' would indicate either it is not enabled in bios/setup, or your system does not have TPM capabilities.

TPM is enabled and available in BIOS but doesn't show up

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    Thanks again!!

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I ran SeaTools. These are the results:

Does it mean my HDD is useless?
