Windows 10: TPM not available

Windows Security is saying TPM isn't available, yet when I went into BIOS HP it says secure boot is enabled, TPM is available and enabled. Also checked in tpm.msc and found compatible TPM not found. In the device manager, I couldn't find TPM as well, only found AMD PSP 10.0 device. Also tried to install tpm diagnostics but I don't know what to do with it.Is there any way to reinstall this "TPM" or is my computer not compatible with it? My laptop is HP Victus 16. It says the initial windows version was 10, but then it was upgraded to windows 11.

TPM update

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread but whatever, laptop informed me that " a firmware update is needed for you security processor (TPM)," now, i looked up what to do and from a microsoft support thing, the last step says to clear the tpm. it has a warning saying to back up my data, i would like to know what clearing the tpm does, and what measures i need to take to make sure nothing goes wrong.

It's clear as mud. As far as I can tell, it's specific to Windows, not necessarily activated programs like MacAfee, games, etc etc etc. MS Office, I have no idea.

TPM is not available

fwiw generally speaking the message 'TPM IS NOT AVAILABLE' would indicate either it is not enabled in bios/setup, or your system does not have TPM capabilities.
