Windows 10: TPM Update after Windows 11 System Update and lack of Wi-fi Connectivity after.

I have an HP AMD Ryzen 3 laptop. Recently, after a system update, my laptop started showing this prompt as the initial startup screen, how should I proceed? if I clear the TPM, will all the personal data and apps installed will vanish? I also am not able to find the "recovery key to boot the windows", and my laptop is also not able to connect to the local wifi since the TPM prompt appeared on the startup screen. Please help.

After windows 1903 update I don't have any wi fi connection or icon showing and have tried many suggestions on how to get it, but none have worked.

Can you provide a step by step instruction on how to get wi fi icon and network.

 

TPM update

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread but whatever, laptop informed me that " a firmware update is needed for you security processor (TPM)," now, i looked up what to do and from a microsoft support thing, the last step says to clear the tpm. it has a warning saying to back up my data, i would like to know what clearing the tpm does, and what measures i need to take to make sure nothing goes wrong.
