Windows 10: Track Pad is only moving cursor

Hey everyone!
I am Uzair Abdullah from Pakistan. I recently bought a LENOVO laptop second hand, LENOVO 4384WCV and windows 10 is installed on it. I searched the internet if there were any trackpad gestures for scrolling or stuff like this and there were. I tried them but couldn't do them. So I searched for how to enable them and this is where I found the problem.
My trackpad enabling option is not showing and when I go to the device manager to look at the driver it shows me PS/2 Compatible mouse plugged into PS/2 mouse port, whereas there isn't any mouse attached!!!
I even went for a bios interruption or whatever it is during boot and went there only to see it set at automatic and since ps/2 compliant mouse is being shown in the device manager so it is disabled.
Please anyone could tell me what I should do to fix it there is no mouse yet and I want the trackpad to be enabled.

Windows 10 Track pad failure

Welcome and thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. Welcome to Windows 10 family.

I would suggest you to install all your Windows Updates as this seems to be a driver issue. If the issue still persists, try updating your track pad drivers from Device Manager and check. Please follow the steps below and check:

• Open Device Manager by pressing Windows key + X, click on
  Control Panel; select System and Maintenance.
• Click on Device Manager.
• In Device Manager, locate track pad drivers and double-click to check if it’s working properly.
• Go to Driver tab, then click on Update Driver. And follow the instructions.

Cursor takes a while to start moving. Not sure why.

So, I just got a new laptop, the new Dell XPS 13 2-in-1, and I have noticed something that I had also experienced on an older laptop, some old HP laptop, that I was using years ago. Whenever I go to move the cursor, after not using it for a few seconds,
with either the track pad or the Bluetooth mouse that I have, it takes a few seconds of moving the mouse around or moving my finger around on the track pad for the cursor to start moving. for the most part it doesn't bother me, but when I, say go to search
something on Google, and I can't immediately move the cursor and click on the search result, it gets annoying. Before I got this laptop, I was using the previous gen Dell XPS 13, not the 2-in-1, and I did not have this issue whatsoever and I immediately would
get cursor movement when I used both the track pad and the same mouse. I'm not sure if this is something as simple as a setting I can change within Windows, or if there is something wrong with the laptop itself. Thanks for the help.
