This is a wired, 4-button, 1-"no-tilt" wheel, 1-ball trackball marked Model No. GM-520W, S/N: 001947, Made in Taiwan. There is no APPARENT way to disassemble it. I've tried to get the ball out by smacking it into my cupped hand, but no go.

    Trackball mice

I have both of those and can say the TrackBall TrackMan Wheel is the better of the two you listed.

The marble trackball has no scroll wheel only two buttons to scroll with and only work if you have the logitech software installed and not recommended if you play any games.
The trackman is a little to small for my hand, so if you have big hands it may be uncomfortable.

I have yet to find any thing that out does my microsoft trackball optical (discontinued).

well i still bought a trackman marble (the one with front center ball and middle of each side buttons) in 2017 .... it's still listed stocked and sold *Stick Out Tongue Trackball's ball won't move cursor; buttons and wheel work OK. :p

but that new model is refreshing, a friend was playing CS (1.5 1.6 the real one ...) with a similarly shaped trackman (not the trackman wheel tho ... the preceding model)
    yep that one ...

    Microsoft Trackball Optical 4 button

I'm referring to the mouse in the picture.

Turn it over and stick your finger in the hole to pop the ball out. Look into the cavity and you'll see 3 tiny ball bearings embedded into the sides, these are what the trackball rides on. I do this often to clean it out.

MS made the mistake of using steel ball bearings and they get flat spots worn into them. Once this happens the trackball rubs the inside of the socket, causing it to not move freely.

MS replaced 3 in a row for me because of this then finally refunded my money when they discontinued them.
