Windows 10: Tracking a laptop via sign in

my laptop was stolen out my car before i thought to register it. Sadly i am unable to get the serial number although i did log in it via my microsoft account. Is it possible to track down the laptop via my log in or where i was last at login info?

Track sign on?

If your computer is controlled by an organization, you may need to contact your local IT department. If the PC is not controlled by an organization, we're unable to track the person who logged in on the computer, and the date he/she signed in to that computer.
It might be possible that we can modify some settings in the registry to do that. However, this step is more advanced, so we suggest that you post your query on our

Track sign on?

Is there any way to track who signs on to a computer? Our non-profit has one computer that is often used by different people, and I would like to be able to track who signed on when.
