My laptop was stolen and I’m trying to find it, if my laptop has been flashed can I still log into my Microsoft account?

In the event of a lost phone, you may be able to track is using the Find My Phone feature available to Windows Phone 7 and up. There are some things you should consider first regarding Find My Phone:

• The Microsoft Account on the phone must still be set as primary on the lost phone.
• The phone would have to be connected to Wi-Fi to ensure the most accurate tracking.

Laptop tracking

1 problem with the location tracking. To find and charge up the laptop you have to have the phsyical laptop plugged in and charging so if they lost it at home when plug it in then they don't need to track it's location bc they have already found just by going to plug it in.
