Windows 10: Transcend Storejet unable to open file view

Hiya,



Judt received my first windows 10 laptop, but my transcend storejet will not open to view files. It keeps showing up undee devices and printers as a disk drive and also when i enter my disk management it is under disk drives.


I have uninstalled it, checked for updates, restarted my computer several times but to no avail.


Any help would be great.
