Windows 10: Transfer from iPhone to PC doesn't work correctly

This hasn't happened before.Normally I plug in my iPhone to my HP desktop and my phone will say "Allow access to photos". Then the DCIM folder with month-dates will come up in File Explorer.But now I have these random times when my computer says my phone is disconnected when it's still plugged in.And my phone asks to allow access to photos ONLY when I restart the computer!I used some websites to guide me through how to fix it, but they didn't work.The DCIM folder shows up but doesn't have anything in it.Seconds later the dates show up but not all of them, and the folders don't have all the pho

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
