Windows 10: Transfer installed programs and data from HDD to SSd

I have HDD and SSD on my computer both have individual windows 10 OS. I can not run Windows from HDD only from SSD. Now i want to transfer all programs and data from HDD to SSD. thanks

Data transfer

How can I transfer data (no programs or windows just setups and games)from one HDD to another please tell me all the steps, I have heard that in 2 sata if there is a window installed in both of them it could cause a problem. So, here is what I'm going to do so correct me if I'm wrong. both of them Are SATA WD

1 using XP CD going to delete the C partition in old HDD
2 taking the HDD out
4 partition the new HDD in new PC by using XP CD
5 install Win 7
6 connect the old HDD with SATA data and power cable
7 check if it is detected in bios
8 disk management initialize disk(i don't know if this is necessary)
9 copy paste

 

Transfer from SSD to HDD.

a) All documents/pictures/music/video/projects/gamesaves etc are to be copied manually.

b) Programs ... just uninstall them all and install them on your HDD. Portable programs can be moved though.

c) TBH move all your personal data to HDD, then format SSD and install your OS. Because after all this shit the registry will turn into a big mess.

Ok, I didnt realise that installing an ssd would be this complicated, you say format the ssd, but I already have the ssd partitioned with the os installed on it, but all my games (BF3, shogun 2, crysis 2) have defaulted to the ssd, just looking for an easy way to move them, not really comfortable with editing reg, or reinstalling os.
